The beds were comfortable and the hotel was nice. The bathroom looked clean, but it smelled of urine, and shower water ended up everywhere, which was annoying. We were on a non-smoking floor, yet I would still catch cigarette smells now and then while resting in bed. We also weren’t given enough towels. It could be a good choice for a night or two.

The receptionist was very rude to customers, and there were no towels in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

There’s a small market and laundry right beside the hotel, plus a beautiful cafe on the ground floor in the lobby. The place is neat, and the staff are professional and sweet. One of the best hotels in Jeddah. I’d definitely come back.

I got there after 5, even though check-in was at 3, and the room still wasn’t ready, so I had to wait. It wasn’t clean either: the carpet and sheets were dirty. I asked for fresh sheets twice, but the duvet cover was still dirty afterward. The photos were taken after they replaced the “clean covers.” The sink was badly stained and dirty, and the door was dusty. Staff made excuses about the sheets, and one man kept asking how long I’d stay and when I’d leave. The whole staff interaction felt strange.

The coffee place in the same building is perfect. At the hotel, they only allow one card, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioner seemed used before. The price is high for this kind of hotel.
