Pearl Of Vision Hotel

I met the owner, who seemed like a smart gentleman, Masha Tabaraka Allah. Later, I called the hotel at the number on Google and Ahmed, an Egyptian staff member, answered. I asked to speak with the owner. Ahmed told me I had to talk to the secretary, Abu Abdullah, and call after 10 PM. That information wasn't okay and was wrong. Why would someone have to call after 10 PM to arrange a meeting with the owner? Meetings and business hours are usually in the morning, afternoon, or evening. I hope the owner looks into this. I'll have to visit in person to promote the hotel and hope for friendlier staff.

Really nice hotel, with very friendly staff, especially at reception. I'd recommend it to my friends.

I've stayed here for an extended time because of work, and I'm very happy to recommend it to anyone needing a place in the area. The apartments, service, staff, management, and overall quality have all been good. Mr. Ahmed Lofty, the on-site manager, and the reception team have been wonderful. Housekeeping staff have also been great, including Mr. Mohammed Roton and Mr. Kabeer, along with Mr. Ibrahim on night duty. Mr. Abdullaah is the business mind behind the cafeteria and helps meet guests' communal needs. The laundry team deserves a mention too, particularly Talib Ali and Rafan. At reception, you can ask for Mohammed Qarny in the morning, Khamis Shamaari in the late afternoon, AbdulRahman Shamaari on the night shift, or Ahmed Gafari on the weekend. They're all happy to help. I'm pleased to say the reception staff are all of Saudi heritage.

I had a lovely stay. The administration and support team are doing a great job. Thank you so much for providing such a safe, clean place to stay.
