Rasis Park hotel suites

The hotel and staff were great in general, and the rooms were amazing, clean, and cheap. Mr Gias Uddin Leko was especially kind and helpful. He brought us amazing breakfast and told us about Jeddah’s tourist spots.

We got a room different from the one we registered for. When we asked about it, they said there were no more rooms, even though we had chosen another one. Service was poor too: we asked for towels, but they said none were available until 10pm and gave us just one. The sheets and bed blankets looked stained, with a texture like a drink had spilled on them. There was so much noise from outside at night that it was hard to sleep.

I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and the beds were clean, and housekeeping was surprisingly fast and good. The carpet and sofas looked stained, though, and could be cleaner. The place is near a gas station, so there’s noise from loading and unloading gas cylinders during working hours. Closing the windows does reduce it.

The location is great and it felt safe for families. It’s good value for money, though I wish they used some indoor perfume to make the place more pleasant. Special thanks to Ismail, the room service boy, who safely kept my tablet after I forgot it in my room at checkout. I appreciate his honesty, and this is definitely a good place to stay.
