I'm a demanding customer and expect high standards, and Sumaya exceeded my expectations at the kids club. She was helpful, calm, smiley and handled everything professionally. The kids enjoyed celebrating my girl's birthday there during the day, and the club was nice and clean. I visited at night too and found it a bit dark, so I'd suggest adding more lighting inside and out. Thanks again, Sumaya, for making her birthday nice and memorable.

The breakfast was great, with a nice atmosphere and solid service. My mom and I came to Shangri-La Jeddah just for breakfast in Jeddah, and it was worth it. There was a little confusion at first, but Meshael, the duty manager, handled it calmly and professionally. She was genuinely helpful and sorted it out smoothly without making things awkward, which made a real difference. I appreciated seeing this kind of hospitality locally. It's good to see Saudi tourism and service standards improving, and people like Meshael are a reflection of that.

We recently held a large lunch event at the hotel and were very satisfied with the food quality, atmosphere, location and service overall. The internet was a significant problem, though. The connection was very weak in both the conference area and the restaurant on the 3rd floor. We contacted the IT team at the restaurant to fix it, but the issue wasn't resolved. We recommend checking and improving network coverage in these areas, especially for large events.
