Getting around was convenient, with Al Rashid Mall within walking distance and banks and convenience stores nearby. There’s also secure parking for your car. The room was decent for a comfortable stay. My one concern was the hallway air conditioning. I think they may have switched it off to save electricity.
For the price, the rooms are reasonable, clean, and the furniture is in good shape. Ahmad at reception is especially nice. Every time I stay at Taj nakhba Hotel, I’m happy with it. Best hotel in jazan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ahmed, the information staff member, was really helpful and welcoming. The service was very good, and my room was clean and tidy.
I used to stay here every month last year, but since 2025 the room service has been really bad and the rooms aren’t cleaned properly. The Egyptian receptionist is disrespectful to customers.
It’s close to the airport, and the hotel was kept tidy. For this budget, the amenities were enough. They were missing things like towels and bathroom slippers, though, and could do better at providing them.
