Taj Alarous Hotel Apartments

The apartment was quite spacious and the price was reasonable, but cleanliness needs more attention. The curtains were dirty, and the floor was very slippery.

They pushed me to cancel my booking, then offered a very poor room at a higher price. I had to leave after just one day. The surroundings felt very uncomfortable, the location was bad, and there was a bad smell both inside and outside the room. The toilets weren't maintained either. My experience was awful, and I wouldn't book here again or recommend it to anyone.

If zero stars were possible, I'd give them zero. The manager couldn't speak English. I asked for my room to be cleaned and the sheets changed, but neither was done, and when I asked for a towel, none were available. There were also lots of cockroaches. This was a terrible experience. Plenty of other 3-star hotels can provide decent service, but this management was awful. I swear I'll never come back to this place.

Old furniture, staff who seemed inexperienced, poor cleanliness, often no water and no parking made this my worst hotel experience. The prices were very low, though 😂
