We kept reporting how awful the Wi-Fi was, sometimes showing one bar or none at all, but nothing was done. How does a four-star hotel not have a Wi-Fi extender?

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the amenities you need, and the location is very convenient. Cleanliness and breakfast could use a few small improvements.

I’d only planned to stay one night, but Raneem at reception was so welcoming that I booked a second. She really made my day.

The rooms are very comfortable, and housekeeping does a fantastic job. There are limits to the room service, though, and it needs work. Breakfast choices at the restaurant should be improved, and parking is available.

The reception team aren't included in this rating. I especially appreciate Mr. Abdullelah alghamdi, who was exceptional. The room was completely uncomfortable, with such poor sound insulation it felt just like standing in the street. Even a child would say it was no better. The first thing he said in the morning was, “not comfortable” (uncomfortable). I don't know how the hotel manager can allow the restaurant employee to work with people. Their behavior was unhygienic and unhealthy, and I reported it earlier, but nothing was done.
