Mawaddah Al Besharah

Getting in was easy, and everything went smoothly from the start. Our flight meant we arrived about 6 hours early; the hotel accommodated us with an upgrade for an extra cost, which we appreciated. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the Haram is very close. One useful shortcut is through the Anjum Hotel car park, where the escalators take you straight to the Haram ground in Makkah. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. During our Umrah, we had a very good stay at Nisamat Makkah Hotel. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety, and the staff were polite and helpful. It's a convenient spot with easy access to Masjid al-Haram. Our rooms were clean and well kept, housekeeping came regularly, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable for pilgrims. A dependable, comfortable choice for families visiting Makkah. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was decent, but only if you get there early. Everything else was terrible, from the rooms and service to the location. The online room pictures basically catfished us. They claimed there would be a shuttle, but that was a lie, and taxis to haram cost an insane amount. Receptionists weren't accommodating at all. Highly recommend avoiding this at all cost.

The hotel is clean, with good beds and floors, and the TV connects easily to your phone so you can play what you want. Wi Fi is good, but you need to get the password at reception. There's also a massage chair in the lobby. The bathroom and shower share one area. The drain could use chemical flushing because a few flies may come out, which is barely irritating. Location is perfect for services nearby and a 20 mins walk to ElHaram. It's fine if you just need a place to stay, but the walk makes it unsuitable for families with kids. Uber can drop you off, but can't pick you up, so you'll need local taxis. Check Uber's price and negotiate with local drivers to get an idea of the base fair. Breakfast has the same main items every day, with only the desserts changing from Um Ali to pudding. More variety, like cheese and cold cuts, would be good, though what's served is enough for basic needs.
