The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, and the internet worked very well. I also found the location great and the surroundings quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was quick and excellent, and the staff were very helpful. If I come back to Al Khobar, I'd definitely stay here again.
The bed was very comfortable, and I felt the hotel was secure. Parking had enough room for large cars, and the location was excellent. The fountains sound lovely, the place is quiet, and reception was respectful. The basement elevator requires room card authorization.
The room was comfortable, and the staff were kind and ready to help. The hotel is easy to reach, with shopping centers and sights close by, and it's comfy overall. They've now opened KAN.Z coffee shop, a lovely quiet spot for coffee with soft jazz and comfortable seating inside and out. I like its modern décor and open layout, which works well for getting work done or meeting friends. The pastries and cakes are a nice extra, and go well with the range of coffee. Definitely worth trying.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the cleanliness to the service. Manar was especially helpful when I dealt with her.
Abdiaziz made our trip easier and much smoother. He was helpful, accommodating, and did a great job. Best hotel, and Abdiaziz is the best! I'll definitely book again because of him.
