The breakfast was very basic, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. There were only two bottles of water, and when I asked for more, they gave me just two extra.

The staff were very accommodating, and breakfast had good options. The location was convenient and the service excellent. I had a very good stay and would highly recommend it for the value.

The room and toilet were clean and nice. But the male staff member who helped us check out wasn't helpful. He only made a call to see if the place was open, and we ended up going there ourselves to find it closed. We wasted two taxi rides because he refused to help. I thought Saudi people were kind, but that wasn't what we found on this trip.

The room was so comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. They went above and beyond at every turn. I had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel.
