The staff were generous, and the hotel was very clean. Mr.Ibrahim was especially cooperative.

The Saudi women at reception were friendly, but the manager's conduct left me disappointed. I had booked an expensive room, and at checkout he asked his assistant to inspect it while I waited at reception for about 20 minutes. I felt as if he thought I might have stolen something. It came across as rude and unprofessional. He was an Egyptian man with a big belly.

The drinks were so good, especially the Arabic coffee, and I loved everything about this hotel. Thanks to all the staff, from reception and the bodyguard to the manager. They were so helpful. Wishing you all the best, and thanks a lot. 🍀✨🙏🏼

The room was clean, but I have a few issues. I was away for 12 hours and requested a cleaning, yet nobody came. All the pillows were the same size, and they didn't have small ones. There was no open buffet breakfast available.
