Kawsar was professional, courteous, and always attentive to what guests needed. Bayejid also gave outstanding service and responded quickly. The staff made the stay more enjoyable. The hotel was lovely, clean, and calm, with a comfortable atmosphere and a very pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended.

Kawsar deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure our experience was excellent from beginning to end. We were a group of seven using the spa at the Grand Millennium Gizan over several days, and every visit brought exceptional service. The staff and management were friendly, welcoming, and professional. A five-star experience all round, highly recommended.

We had a relaxing sea view from our room, and the spa was spacious, clean, and well organized. The hotel worked perfectly for a family getaway. Food was freshly cooked each day, and Chef Alaa's crepe was amazing. Fawzi at the restaurant was very accommodating, and all the staff were professional, from the main reception to the people who kept my room tidy and clean. Thanks, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The leisure facilities were excellent during our few days there with friends. Kawsar looked after us with food and drinks, and his outstanding service made the days much more enjoyable. He’s a real credit to the hotel.

Mr.Durjoy from housekeeping deserves a special thank-you for the care he took with his work. The whole team was professional, positive, and welcoming from arrival, which made the stay smooth and memorable. Grand Millennium Gizan was spotless, with spacious, comfortable rooms and consistently great service. Fast Wi-Fi, good food and drinks, and plenty of TV channels added to the comfort. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.
