Mirada Gold Jizan Resort Private Pools

We were in Jazan to see my husband's friend and needed somewhere for the night. He wanted a private pool, so I looked around online, checked the price, and we went to see the place. Since we'd stayed in Jazan before, finding it with Google Maps was easy. We both liked it and would definitely come back on another visit. It's our must-stay place 🫶 Highly recommended 💜

I just finished a 10-day stay at Miran Gold, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wish I'd paid for only one night in advance. The water was cut off randomly and often, with no backup for guests. I was in room A9, and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, with lots of dust and rubbish. Cleaning was terrible too. They cleaned our apartment only three times over the whole stay, even after I reminded them repeatedly. Sometimes I waited around for five hours while they kept saying they'd come. Reception was another problem. They rarely answered the phone or helped when needed, and the staff seemed to lack customer service training. Naif was the only one who was somewhat helpful. Guests got so tired of waiting for basic service that there were lots of cars waiting outside reception. For the high price of this so-called 5-star hotel, even 1-star hotels offer better service. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Mirada Gold.

The location was good, and there was a grocery store in the residential complex. Those are the only reasons I gave it two stars. The staff were discourteous and unprofessional, and the rooms were old and in poor shape. I wouldn't come back. I also wouldn't trust the positive reviews, which I found misleading. This doesn't even deserve a 3-star rating.

Ahmed and Amin were kind and treated us with real class. The resort itself is quiet, tidy, and classy, with friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices. I hope management gives employees more authority and takes another look at chalet prices. Booking through brokers or online costs less than booking directly.
