Novotel Jazan

The meal was great from the starter through dessert, but the service wasn’t what I expected for a 120SAR lunch. There was only one waiter for the whole restaurant, no salad plates, and we had to stack our plates on top of one another. We also got just one napkin for the table and cheap paper cups for drinks.

I really liked the breakfast and the lovely Red Sea view made the stay special. Ruba at reception was kind and helpful, and room service arrived surprisingly quickly.

I stay at Novotel Jazan almost every week, usually for a night or two. The comfort and cleanliness keep me coming back. The hotel is well maintained, and I genuinely appreciate how kind, attentive, and professional the front desk staff always are. What’s disappointing is that with all these repeat visits, I haven’t received any acknowledgment of my loyalty. That surprises me, especially from a major hotel chain. Even a small gesture would make a difference. It leaves me wondering whether returning guests are valued here. I hope management finds a better way to recognize and retain them.

Everything else was good, but the food servers are what made me want to write this review. They’re so kind and friendly. Mr.hemel served me with a sweet smile and helped me identify the vegetarian food. I was really satisfied with the way he served, and I appreciate it.
