الخالدية سويت للأجنحة الفندقية

The hotel was clean and nice, with good design in the rooms and hallway. The bathroom was good too, and the shower seemed kind of awesome, though I didn't bathe because it was so cold. We arrived on 12 January and booked a room without any problems at first. Then we found out the hotel network wasn't working. We had to use the emergency data we had left, and that ran out after two hours. We spent two days without internet because of the hotel connection. We asked the receptionist, but they couldn't help. They were kind, though the service wasn't that good, you know what I mean. The AC also had no heater, which was really disappointing. My friend and I felt very cold all night. And after midnight, the noise outside was unbelievable while we were trying to sleep, with car noise and people shouting. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but they could add noise-canceling foam near the window. Otherwise, the hotel was great and clean!
