The stay was perfect. Mr mahmoud at reception was especially great.

There’s plenty of parking, and the rooms are fairly neat, though not fully hygienic. The bathroom tiles were dirty and the shower was broken. The reception area is cool and calm, with enough seating and a small coffee spot. The elevators are the old style with doors. Most kitchen basics are provided: plates, glasses, spoons, forks, a kettle, flask, large cooking pot, electric heater and refrigerator. Bring any extra cookware you need, plus a scrubber and soap for washing up. There’s no laundry bag, washing machine, ironing board or iron, weighing scale or locker. The window AC units are there. The WiFi password they gave us offered very slow service, and it worked properly only in certain areas.

We got locked inside the bathroom because the door lock was faulty. The reception area was very good, but the rooms and lobby were in very bad shape. I think poor management is behind it.

The staff were very cooperative, and there’s a restaurant downstairs. Khafji’s largest 5sar shop is just a five-minute walk away. The hotel has a fancy interior and a large lobby, with good WiFi. Rooms are spacious, with large washrooms, and some come with a fridge, electric stove and kitchen sink.
