Ewaa Express Hotel - Al Jouf

Mr. Sonam made the 24-hour coffeeshop especially welcoming. His warm manner added a lot to my stay. The hotel was good value, with spacious rooms that were nicely furnished and carefully maintained. I liked the separate toilet and shower area, and there were plenty of towels along with a full set of toiletries. It was a comfortable, well-equipped stay, and I'd recommend it for business or leisure.

The drainage could use some attention, since there was occasionally a bad smell. Even so, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent, especially the extraordinary breakfast. Mr. Shiyam Mohammed is a kind, talented chef.

A great place to rest in Sakaka. The location, service, and room cleaning were all perfect.

We had a miserable check-in at this new property. At 2 a.m., the Egyptian guy kept us waiting for 20 minutes, saying the room wasn't ready, which seemed untrue at that hour. I asked for twin beds and he agreed, then returned more than 10 minutes later to say it couldn't be done in the suite. He said he was the FOM, which I also doubted, and couldn't arrange two twin rooms instead while the booked suite wasn't ready in the early hours. We finally got to sleep around 3:30, but someone was making heavy banging noises at about 8 a.m. I called reception and they said they'd stop it, but it carried on. I saw some laborers breaking a wall next to the suite. The way everything was managed was pathetic, and the grumpy, apathetic employees made it even worse.
