Breakfast was decent, and the rooms are large with the basics you need. But I found insects in my bed and on my pillow, so I ended up sleeping on the couch. The complimentary water bottles could be bigger, since there isn't a little shop nearby. Room service only had coffee, though there's a Lebanese restaurant around the corner. A mall is across the main road, but getting there means taking a cab or using your own car. I wouldn't stay again unless fumigation standards improve.

The reception team made my stay memorable. Mr. Faisal Asiri was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring, with a knack for anticipating what guests might need. Raed Al Shahri was just as polite and quick, handling things smoothly and making sure my stay was going well. Their personal attention turned this into an extraordinary experience. The Royal Boutique Hotel in Abha is also beautiful, clean, and good value.

The location, surrounded by car workshops, affected the atmosphere. In the room, the sofa covers were torn and a little dirty, and amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and a dental kit were supplied for only one person despite our booking for four adults. The staff were welcoming and supportive, and the room was spacious enough for my family of four. There was a gym on the ground floor, which was a nice extra. Breakfast was decent, though adding fresh fruit would be good.

The area was calm and peaceful, and the owner and his son met us in person and were very courteous. We stayed from 28th to 30th June 2023, and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd happily stay again and would recommend the place to friends. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
