Holiday Inn Riyadh al qasr by IHG

The buffet breakfast has lots of variety and an egg station, and dinner is also great value, especially as my 2y/o ate free. Mahmood, Nawaz, Tahia, and Shirley were so fond of him that they kept bringing extra dessert! The rooms are clean, the gym is well equipped, and I like that ladies have their own gym. Lovely hotel and very good customer service. I’d recommend it.

Ahmed supported me and the rest of the team throughout a long journey, handling situations and last-minute requests calmly and professionally. He sorted out every issue efficiently. Many thanks to Ahmed from all of us. I’m grateful to the front desk team too, especially the evening shift. I can’t remember the Saudi gentleman’s name, but his kindness and professionalism stood out. And thanks to the Costa team for their great service and warm hospitality. All of this made our stay memorable.

I couldn’t use the swimming pool because there’s no pool available for women. I hope the hotel will consider that in the future. Apart from that, my stay at Holiday Inn Al Qasr was very positive. It was smooth and comfortable from arrival, and the hotel is clean, conveniently located, and has what you’d expect for a pleasant stay. Muhammed Sal Saad and Saleem Beelman were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, handling everything promptly and with a smile. Their service made a real difference, and I’d definitely stay again.

Tahira served us dinner each night and was wonderful, taking care of us and making sure the meals went smoothly. We were a group of 13 staying for five nights, with three rooms and breakfast and dinner included. The menu changed daily with different themes, and the staff were amazing and helpful. Our rooms were clean. Travel always comes with a few issues, but the staff resolved ours quickly and diligently. We were impressed and would definitely stay again.
