Manazel Al Ain Ajyad Hotel

Alghamdulilaah, we’ve been here for a week and still have another week to go. So far we can’t complain, and the service has been tops. Keep up the great work. My only suggestion is to add microwaves to the rooms. From South Africa 🌍

For young people, the walk to the Haram is within a reasonable range. That location is really the hotel's main selling point.

The shops in the hotel made us uncomfortable, especially when shopkeepers behaved unprofessionally and made inappropriate comments to my wife. We felt unsafe. The lobby also smelled of cigarettes and was unpleasant, particularly for a family.

The lobby was noisy because it was full of shops, and the hotel had an awful smell. Our room was dirty too: the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the bin hadn't been changed, and the sheets were still from the previous guest. I don't recommend this place at all.
