The only real plus is being close to Haram, about 10 minutes to Abdulaziz gate. But the steep climb back is awful when you're exhausted after spending a long time at Haram. The bathrooms are tiny, so you can barely make wudhu or take a proper shower. Our four-bed room was so cramped there wasn't even room for one person to pray. The rooms are very small, and it's not cheap. Breakfast was rubbish. People unfamiliar with Mediterranean breakfast might like it, but I found the food really bad, cheap, spoiled, and old. During a blackout that lasted over three hours, there was no lift, water, or AC, and staff didn't apologize. There's more I could say, but I don't want to waste more time.

Downtown location is good. Services and extras are just average.

It's very close to Haram, and the staff treat every customer with a smile, which is rare in Makkah hotels. The staff and service feel like a five-star hotel, so I'd give the staff more than five stars. Free tea, different coffees, and water are available 24 hours. The toilets need major improvements, though. Getting around can be a bit difficult for elderly guests, but it isn't a big issue.

Affordable, with a clean room and modern furniture. I had no problem with the compact bathroom. The room came with a praying mat, tissues, soap and shampoo, towels, and a fridge. Tea and coffee are free in the lobby, though there's no water heater in the room. The walk slopes quite steeply for about 100m as you approach the hotel. A great choice near masjidil haram.

The rooms are small but cozy and have all the amenities. Staff were really friendly, and the food was excellent. It was Turkish cuisine, so a nice change from the usual food we get in Makkah. Had a great experience overall.
