Construction on the hotel extension started at 6 a.m., waking me very early. I complained at reception, but the digging continued, and another complaint changed nothing. As I was leaving, the receptionist said I could stay until 7 p.m. as a kind of appreciation. But when I came back at 5 p.m. and went into my room, reception called and told me to leave immediately. That annoyed me a lot, and the receptionist was extremely rude. The smart key also failed almost every time I tried to enter, even after I went downstairs to have it reactivated. They didn’t clean the room when I asked. The afternoon-shift receptionist said he didn’t care what rating I gave the hotel and threatened me. It was a very bad experience.

The staff are polite and kind, and the service is quick and excellent. The hotel is exceptionally clean and uses expensive incense. It’s the best place I’ve ever checked into, and it’s always fully booked for those reasons.

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind, and the service is good. There’s a Wi-Fi point in every room, but the connection is so bad and keeps going offline, so you have to use your own internet.

Really amazing for the price. It’s exceptionally clean, neat, and tidy, and the staff are very cooperative.
