Hossam and Mohamed deserve my thanks for their excellent service and good character. They were respectful, welcoming, professional, and quick to respond. Their dedication to guests' comfort was clear, and their conduct reflects well on the hotel. They made an already wonderful experience even more special. Thank you both, Hossam and Mohamed.

Muhammad at reception was so pleasant, and the way he looks after you makes you want to rent from him. The place smells nice throughout, with incense, and everything is close by, even though the neighborhood is old. Cleanliness and service matter most to me, and both were really good here. I felt comfortable and would gladly come back many times, God willing.

I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived they said I hadn't checked in. They then changed the rooms and, of course, raised the price. Thankfully I didn't stay. It didn't seem suitable for families, since most of the residents were laborers and single men.
