Manarat Al Eman Hotel

I had a horrible stay at manarat Al Imaan hotel in Mar-Apr 25. Its main advantages for a budget hotel are being very close to Masjid Al Haram, about 500 m or roughly 800 steps from the external entrance of Haram Sharif, and having a working AC and Gizar geyser. The room was meant for four people, but they put five of us in a tiny space. During our five days there, we got no room service despite asking many times. Sharing an absolutely unhygienic washroom among five people for all that time was awful. There were no toiletries or in-room accessories, not even a tissue or water bottle. The carpet was too dirty to walk on, and the bedsheets and pillow covers weren't changed once during the stay. The Wi-Fi was moderate. The room was such a mess and I was so frustrated that I didn't take a photo to show others. I'd sincerely ask people to think twice before booking this hotel.
