EWG Al-Azizia Hotel

After a 12 to 13 hour drive, my family and I arrived as planned, with a booking confirmation we’d received the day before departure. The hotel representative said they had stopped taking guests and were closing bookings, then handled us very carelessly. When I explained that I had a reservation, he told us to go to another hotel at an unclear location. We ended up in a stressful situation and had to book a different room at a higher rate. The representatives treated us very unprofessionally.

It’s a bit far from Haram, but for a short trip or stay, I found it to be a good hotel.

I stayed during Ramdhan and found it a good experience for the price. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were nice and cooperative. It has basic facilities, though there were no room extras such as towels or tea. The hotel shuttle ran regularly, and there was plenty of parking out front on both sides of the road. Albaik and Noori market are nearby.

The hotel was calm and peaceful, and cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Parking was easy too. Haram is about a 5-7 minute drive away. I had a nice stay at hailainn.
