The place was unhygienic and filthy, including the appliances and living area. Water was dripping from rotten mold on the bathroom ceiling. After I left the same day, the tenant refused to return my insurance deposit, and the upkeep was poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I've been here for almost three years, and it's been quite impressive. The weather is nice and it's quiet. For swimming, there are three options: Pure beach, the view beach, and inside the chalet. There are also four pool areas, but they're all closed for maintenance right now. I believe they'll reopen by the new year 2022. In Marina1, there's a Meed mini market open 24/7, plus some restaurants. The beach side has similar residential buildings and five or six restaurants, some serving Argila or Hookah in nice flavours. In the middle of the city, there's a Panda Hyper market, a pharmacy beside it, and a walk on clinic.
