I spent almost a month here and won’t be back. The walls are so thin I could clearly hear my neighbors talking to each other or on the phone, and even hear every drawer opening. I moved to a smaller room at the end to reduce the chance of having neighbors on two sides, but they offered no financial compensation for the smaller room. The shower head didn’t work, and after asking twice to have it fixed or replaced, nothing was done. The only highlights were Casper & Gambini, the Ocean View I paid for, and being close to the beach. The biggest issue besides the noise came when my company needed me to leave early. I left on the 19th, though I’d paid through the 31st, and they wouldn’t offer a refund or credit for my next trip. They’ve lost my business to competitors for my next three-month stay. I wouldn’t stay at the Views because of the noise, though I might have considered their sister property at Baylasun, where neighbor noise wasn’t such an issue, except when they let random kids play the lobby piano for hours.

Views Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The sea views were magnificent, the design felt modern and elegant, and the beach was just three minutes away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to do more. Mr. Rami at reception was especially supportive. Thanks as well to Mr. Janak in customer service, Mr. Mamun in room service, and Mr. Saju for their kindness and professionalism. The hotel went beyond what I expected, and I’d highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable stay.

Service was impressively fast. Whenever I called reception or room service for something, someone was at my door within two minutes. Check-in and checkout were quick, and there are decent restaurants in the lobby. The downsides: the furniture is low quality, and the prices feel too high for what you get. All the studios have king beds, with no twin option, so we had to pay extra for an additional bed.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and both the bed and shower were up to a high standard. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was seamless. I had an excellent weekend here and would gladly return. Highly recommended.
