I appreciated the free room upgrade, which made my 3 days 2 nights here even more comfortable. Mohammed Saud and Ahlam Alsharari at reception were welcoming, professional, and helpful, and their kindness made a great impression. The whole visit was pleasant and comfortable. Thanks again for the hospitality and service. I'd recommend the hotel to others visiting. 🌟🙏🏻

The rooms were somewhat small, but they were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. I stayed for four days in mid-January 2026 and had a good experience. The reception staff were especially kind and helpful. I arrived before my agency group without a reservation number, couldn't reach my guide, and felt stressed. The receptionist treated me with great respect, gave me a card to use the restroom, helped call the guide, and invited me to wait in the reception area for my group and room. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism.

The rooms and bathrooms weren't very spacious, though the hotel was clean. For the price, it was a great deal and good value. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was excellent, close to the Women’s Gate with easy access. Breakfast was acceptable. More international choices and a wider fruit selection would be nice.

Kibriya Buyan, our floor's House Man / Housekeeper, made a real difference. He was courteous, helpful, attentive to detail, and regularly checked on us. His team also provided room service every day as we requested. The buffet had a great variety of food from different cultures, though I wish there'd been curtains or glass around the shower area. We had a wonderful stay in Madinah with two young kids. The Prophet (PBUH)’s mosque was only 1-2 minutes away on foot, which was very convenient. The hotel felt welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, and it was great value for the money. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.
