Emaar Andalusiah

We spent eight days at Emaar Andalusia and were very comfortable. It’s so close to the Haram that if you’re running late for prayer, you can pray right outside the hotel. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had a lovely feel. It was compact, but thoughtfully arranged and perfectly adequate, especially given the location. Housekeeping were consistently efficient and courteous. Ms. Asma and the reception team were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Mr. Saif, the manager, was kind, understanding, and approachable. Wi-Fi was reliable, a big plus for a longer stay. I was very happy here and would recommend it for Makkah visits, especially Umrah or a longer stay.

Ashik was quick, polite, and very helpful with room service, making sure I had what I needed. My room was quiet, the bed cozy, and the bathroom and room were clean and well maintained. It was a really good stay and great value for the price. I’d happily stay here again.

We’re staying here now, and I’d tell people to avoid it. They “lost” our booking, so we had to spend the first night at a hotel 20 minutes away by car. From the second night, we were put in a double room with three lumpy single beds, no table, and no suitable cupboards for our things. The bathroom is a death trap. The shower tray is raised, there’s a curtain, and the space is so small that water gets all over the floor. I was afraid I’d slip while showering or on the wet floor afterward. Why provide a floor squeegee? It’s absolutely abysmal. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from al-Haramain, and it feels like tiny rooms and dangerous showers have been packed in to monopolize guests. Disgusting for its location and the people it should serve.

My brother tanvir and I came from USA with family and had a very good experience. We booked three rooms, and management supported us nicely throughout. They were helpful and polite. The manager in particular was very professional. I think they deserve more than five stars.
