The room was so noisy from traffic, buses, and car horns outside that sleeping was difficult. In the middle of the night, the AC exhaust fell off and I had to fix it myself. The sink drain leaked too, spilling water onto my feet. I arrived at 3:30 PM and was told my room wasn't ready. I went for Umrah, came back at 10:00 PM, and heard the same thing. Reception handled it very poorly, and the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. After nearly an hour arguing and waiting at the desk, I finally got a room at 11:00 PM. I'd stayed at Lamar Al Ajyad Hotel in Makkah with my family before and it was acceptable then, but this recent visit was a nightmare. I rate it 0/10 and wouldn't recommend it.

You have to take a bus from this hotel all the way to the Haram. The rooms weren't cleaned properly and the service wasn't the best. Still, it was okay since we spent most of the day outside. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

It's a good, clean hotel in Makkah at a reasonable price, with food options and an in-house cafe. There's parking at the back in an open area monitored by surveillance cameras. The location on the main Ajyad street makes taxis a good alternative when the shuttle, which is available, takes a long time. Overall, a good option.

The internet was almost unusable and caused a lot of inconvenience. Staff were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, rude and unhelpful, and made the whole stay uncomfortable. Service, attitude, and hospitality fell far short of expectations. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
