The staff were wonderful and the food was good. The hotel is very far from Haram, and there are only two elevators. I also had trouble with a faulty pipe and a bidet that got stuck, making a mess in the restroom, so I'm taking off a star.

The best part is how well placed and accessible it is during the Hajj season. It's an okay budget hotel, with decent service, though four lifts for more than 17 floors means a long wait. The restaurant food is sometimes nice.

This was my first umrah, nearly ten years ago, and I still remember that time fondly. The hotel belonged to my university friend's uncle, who let me stay free for a whole month. I felt like a king. They gave me free rides to al haram and served amazing food. I nearly cried when it was time to go home.

There are only four elevators for a 21-floor building, and each holds at most seven people. In our first 24 hours, the elevator got stuck between M and G floors three separate times. Everyone was okay, but it could have ended badly. The design feels like a hazard. Please stay away from Abeer Al Aziziya.
