The reception looked nice, but the rooms were a different story. Mine was extremely dirty, and I found bed bugs in the bed. The bathroom door was broken and maintenance was awful. Worst place I've ever stayed, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed for a week, and the room was never cleaned. The location was too far, and there were too many cockroaches throughout the rooms.

The service, location, and staff behavior were all very bad. I can't even talk about it. May Allah punish them.

Having parking in Makkah gives real peace of mind. That's the biggest plus here.
