Al Rayyan Almakiyah Towers 4 Hotel

The main drawback is the distance from Haram, though there seems to be a free bus to the Kuday bus stop for Haram about every hour. Al Rayyan towers hotel has spacious rooms and a decent bathroom. The people working at reception and in housekeeping are helpful.

At Al Rayyan Tower Hotel, the rooms were well arranged and the staff were friendly and professional. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and everything felt relaxed and easy. I’d come back.

My booking showed a 2:00 PM check-in, but when my family and I arrived, reception told us it was 4:00 PM. The staff member also spoke to me in a way that didn’t feel polite or professional. Since I was traveling with my family, the mismatch caused unnecessary discomfort and inconvenience. I hope management improves how check-in times are communicated and handled for future guests.

I want to thank the whole team, from management and reception to housekeeping and room service. Their courtesy, professionalism, and dedication made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Mr. Abd Allah Rajeh from room service deserves special recognition for his attentive, thoughtful service and genuine hospitality. Thanks as well to Mr. Jameel Abd Elhakim, the housekeeping supervisor. His honesty, professionalism, and strong supervision showed in how clean and well organized the rooms were. I truly enjoyed staying at your hotel, and appreciate everyone's hard work and commitment.
