👎👎 I had a very frustrating stay at Anwar Al Diyafah Hotel Mecca. The air conditioner was loud enough to make a good night's sleep difficult, and it didn't cool the room properly, so it stayed uncomfortably warm. When I raised this with the front desk, the staff were dismissive and outright rude. They offered neither a fix nor a room change, and acted like I was a nuisance. The hotel failed to provide both a comfortable room and professional service. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Room number: 8064.

You can walk easily to Masjid al Haram and make it to prayers on time, and the location is top-notch. The food was good, Alhamdulillah, but the room size was 1/5. Housekeeping had to be called to get service. One of our worst experiences was with the catering staff member Mr. Fahad (Multan, Pakistan). Please be careful, whoever is reading this. May Allah grant ease to all of us. Aameen.

I keep coming back because of WALEED. He's so helpful and has an awesome personality. I absolutely love staying here. Thanks for the warm welcome, the great hotel, and the fantastic staff!

With three beds in the room, there was barely space to open luggage or pray. There was no housekeeping, and the amenities weren't changed properly. If you didn't ask every day, you'd get the same towel. Three people had to share one access card. The only reason I'd give it two stars is that it's quite close to Masjidil Haram.
