Getting around was easy, with shuttle buses and some bus stops near the hotel, along with shopping malls and a supermarket. My room was good and had a little kitchen and sink, though the food wasn't really good. There were lots of Turkish people staying at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Still, everything was good overall.

I was very disappointed by how dirty the hotel was. The room was a disaster, and the bed and sheets were disgusting and looked as if they hadn't been washed in ages. The hygiene throughout the hotel was abysmal, which made it uncomfortable and uninviting. I strongly advise against booking here.

The air conditioning was chilling and there was abundant parking on the road, but that's the only good I can say. The hotel is quite far away, so you'll need a taxi. The rooms weren't cleaned and had dirt, insects, and a bad smell from the sheets and blanket. The washroom smelled awful too. Room service came only once a day, between 9am and 3pm, and there was no one at reception. After staying here, I think there should be an option for negative stars.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The hotel was very crowded, the room smelled really bad, and it had too many beds compared with the one we'd booked. The bathroom was very small, and the sheets were dirty with insects; the pillows were bad too. We didn't get a good stay, sleep, or service. The buses were very old and only ran at prayer times. They also refused to give us two room cards, even though one is used for the electricity. The staff had a very bad attitude, especially mohamed nour, who was the worst there.
