Everything was organized well at Batoul Siute, and I felt comfortable during my stay. The service was friendly and professional, and I found them reliable. I'd recommend Batoul Siute and would return.

The room was dirty, and the toilet was even worse. You could hear people talking outside through the poor soundproofing, which disturbed my sleep. The beds were uncomfortable, and room service couldn't even bring us a spoon to eat with. Google shows this hotel as four star, but it didn't feel like one to me. I'd put it at one or two stars.

Breakfast was very good, and the room service and kitchen staff were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. The front desk was kind too. Just be aware that they speak Arabic only, so language could be a problem.

Rooms were clean, the staff were great, and the shuttle to the Haram ran around the clock. A consistent, quality stay, five stars from me.

The only people who were cute and friendly were the guys at reception. The hotel smelled awful, the rooms weren't clean, and housekeeping wasn't cooperative. People were tough, and the whole experience was very bad. I wouldn't recommend it.
