Capital O 329 Reefaf Al Mashaeer Hotel

The ground-floor cafe was an excellent experience, and the staff were good and cooperative. The location was not bad during my Hajj stay. Laundry service needs work, though. The lifts broke down a couple of times during my 10 days there, and I had to get my room key card replaced at reception multiple times.

The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels. WiFi was OK, about what I’d expect from most hotels. It took around 15 to 20 minutes to reach the Haram depending on traffic, so transport could cost at least 25 SR each way. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly and responsive, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There are no activities for kids, and the hotel is far from al haram, where getting a taxi at a normal price can be difficult. The service wasn’t good or on time. Rooms aren’t soundproof, the TV channels were poor quality and there were only 13 of them. Furniture quality felt around 40%. I’d give this place only two stars.

Most of the staff were very polite, and the hotel is nice in general. The Arab girl at reception was rude and uncivilized for no reason, and needs serious customer service training. The Asian man at the café also had no manners. Everyone else was very polite.
