Getting to Haram takes about 20 minutes by car, and the shuttle can involve a long wait since it isn’t always available. It leaves you at the Kudai parking area, where you have to take another shuttle to reach Haram. The hotel and rooms are really clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older people.

The hotel has 160 rooms on 10 floors. Check-in starts at 6 AM, and check-out is at 2 PM. At check-in, you need a government-issued photo ID and either a credit card or a cash deposit. For stays from July 25-August 25, 2019, a valid Hajj permit had to be presented at both the airport and hotel check-in. Guests without one could not check in. Contact details were included in the reservation confirmation sent after booking.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the hotel has a prayer hall and lounge. It’s a nice, clean place for Hajj, especially with MINA and JAMARAT very close by.

The room was clean and decent. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable, so I’d suggest replacing them.
