The reception team were welcoming and professional, always happy to help with a smile. Mr. Mohammad Anamol from room service was especially attentive and supportive during my stay. The bus service was reliable and available at all times, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The location is convenient for the Haram, and the place offers great value for money. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and would recommend it.

There’s a public shuttle running 24/7 to the Haram, about a three-minute drive away. At peak times in Ramadan it can get extremely crowded, with a stampede, so expect to wait or stand around for 30-45 minutes. The rooms are decent for a three-star hotel and reasonably clean, though they’re missing basics like a prayer mat and slippers.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of elevators, so we never had to wait. The location is priceless: you can board a free shuttle right outside the hotel and reach Mescid-i Haram in 2 minz. We stayed 10 days for umrah. The rooms were fine, but not very clean, and the bathroom wasn’t in top condition, though it worked normally. Hot water was always available. Ventilation could be better, but the AC worked well. The food was 3 out of 5 and should be much better. Overall, it’s a very good 3 Star hotel and could easily be 4 star with some work.

The shuttle is useful, but sometimes we waited over an hour because it’s shared with the nearby hotels rather than being the hotel’s own service. Food options around the hotel are nice. The room we got wasn’t nearly as clean as the pictures suggested. The key cards also kept stopping on their own, locking us out three times in four days. Reception had to reprogram the cards, and it was happening to other guests too. I’d choose a different hotel next time.
