One of my worst experiences in makka. The hotel is too far from the mosque and the rooms are very small. We stayed three nights, but nobody cleaned the room even though room service was available. We also waited more than 20 minutes for reception, with no one there.

Avoid this hotel. There’s no cleaning service unless you give the housekeeping staff money and plead with them to do their job. They won’t change the towels, and it feels more like renting an apartment. The staff are rude and disrespectful.

I enjoyed my stay during Ramzan and will definitely come again. The hotel is very close to Haram, and there are food options just a two-minute walk away. Taxis are easy to find, and for only 5 riyal you can reach Haram in two minutes. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Makkah.

My reservation was confirmed and never canceled, but after nearly 18 hours of travel, I arrived on June 18th, 2023 to find the front desk saying they had no room for me. I spoke with the woman handling reservations. She was arrogant, said the hotel was booked, and shouted nonsense when I asked why they had accepted and confirmed my booking instead of canceling it before I came. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. Please stay away from this hotel. They don’t fear Allah.
