The hotel is about 900 mtr from Haram. The AC was old, very noisy, leaking, and hard to control. Housekeeping took three days of repeated insistence before they came, and reception was often left without an employee. There were no towels or soap in the washroom, the flush sometimes didn't work, and water covered the bathroom floor. The beds were so cheap I could feel the mattress springs against my body. There were many other problems too.

It's a very basic hotel, and they don't even provide toilet paper. It's also very far from masjid Al haraam, so what else can you expect?

Cockroaches were running around the room, and the bed, walls, and small washroom were dirty. There's just one socket in the whole room, so you have to choose between plugging in the fridge or charging your phone. Never staying there again. 🤮😷
