Good value for the money, with friendly and helpful staff and a quick check-in and check-out. The bathroom did have a smell. There's a shuttle from the hotel to the Jamrat station, and the driver was very helpful.

The rooms were clean when we arrived, and the AC is ice cold, with running water and a heater. Internet is slow in the rooms but fast in the lobby. Mustafa & Ahmed are decent people in the office. It's a cheap hotel, 55 SAR ($15 USD) per night per room, but there are no towels, microwave, or services. It doesn't look like a hotel at all. If you book through Booking.com, make sure to call, since the site often shows rooms available when there actually aren't any. If you're a simple person, this will get you around.

The staff were welcoming, but the building had a bad smell and the rooms felt depressing, with very old furniture. Maybe the business is still recovering from the damage Covid-19 did. It’s fine if you only need a place to come in, sleep, wake up, and leave, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. It’s far from the Haram, so you’ll need to pay for a taxi.

Whenever I visit Makkah, I tend to stay here in the Aziziyah area. It’s clean, the price is consistently good, Albaik is nearby, and parking isn’t a problem. I take a taxi to the Haram. Sometimes the fare back costs more, but I still find the peace and comfort worthwhile. Recommended.
