We had room 319 on the third floor, with a good view, and the prices were pretty affordable. The walk to the Haram took 10 minutes. Manal was especially kind, and the luggage men were courteous and polite. Very nice service, and we had a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely come back next time. Ahmed G. and his family

The rooms were lovely, and the staff were welcoming and always greeted us. Zakir was really nice and took all our clothes to the laundry shop for us. The downside was a really bad smell in the rooms when we arrived. I think it was sewage.

The staff made my family and me feel welcome from the moment we arrived from the United States, and they did a lot to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Manager Naseem Khan, Doorman Abdu Samed, Front Desk Clerk Bask, and Cleaner Mohammed Shah on the 8th floor deserve a special thank you. They were among the many team members who made the visit special. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The Haram is close, no more than an 11-minute walk, and there’s also self laundry. We booked two rooms, 711 and 710, and were lucky to have them next to each other. Zakir, our housekeeper, was very nice and always there to help. The service was outstanding. I’d definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip, InshaAllah. I’d say it’s one of the best hotels in Makkah.
