The breakfast had a delicious range of options, and the room was comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful throughout, with excellent front desk service from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We'd told the hotel we couldn't pay online and would pay when we arrived late. Even though we came at the time specified and had a reservation number booked directly through their site, we were left waiting for over an hour and then told the booking had been canceled. They offered no solution or help. It was 2am and we got no assistance at all. A fancy hotel is no good if its system isn't even worth one star.
