Joury Al mashaar

The location was what I appreciated most. It's close to makkha to markets, restaurants, and malls, and there’s a convenient bus service for pilgrims. The rooms have a great interior, and the housekeeping and maintenance teams respond quickly. I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel near Haram Sharif and would recommend considering it for a comfortable stay in the area.

I asked the receptionist three times over three days to have housekeeping clean my room. Each time he said okay, but when I went back late in the evening, it still hadn't been cleaned. When I asked the male receptionist why he hadn't contacted housekeeping, he disrespected me and said, “Do whatever you want to do.” His behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I think his name is Ali. I understand it was Ramadhan, but my room should have been cleaned at least once. Who's supposed to clean it, me? Am I meant to clean my own room? Lol. It was a bad experience, and the staff came across as arrogant.

MashaAllah, the hotel is very nice. The bedroom and washroom were clean, the staff behaved well, and a free bus to Haram Shareef was available anytime.

The room was very nice, and the surroundings had a beautiful environment. Transportation felt safe, and the environment around the hotel was beautiful too.
