I stayed here in August during Hajj2019. With more than 2.5M people performing Hajj, there were five of us sharing one room. The air conditioners worked very well, and staff tried to keep the rooms clean.

It’s about a 10 min walk to the Haram, and there’s a shop in the hotel for tea, drinks, and snacks. The free WiFi becomes unusable when things get busy, so after fajr was the best time to use it. This is an average hotel that can get really crowded, and that means long elevator waits.

For what I paid, this was a reasonable option. It’s not right nearby, but the walk is manageable. My parents, aged 63 and 70+, could usually make it on foot to the Kaaba Sharif. The walk inside is 10min., and the total walk is 30 Min. Hotel staff were cooperative, and there are free buses. Shared cabs cost only 3 SR per pax and take 3 min. Take the right road from the Haram, toward the bridge or flyover, since the hotel is on Umm Al Quran Road. Having many cheap restaurants and takeways nearby was a plus.
