Maysan Al Maqam Hotel

We arrived on the second day of Ramadan. The restaurant serves iftar from Maghrib until 10 pm, then sahur from 1:30 to 4:30 am. The food suited Indonesians, with white rice and biryani, plus tasty main dishes including fish, beef, and chicken. Masya Allah, alhamdulillah. The hotel is near Masjidil Haram ( Ka'ba area). The road uphill can be a bit of a climb, but the place is clean and tidy, and has Wi-Fi.

Razib Hossen made us feel welcome and well looked after from the start. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. He handled each request thoughtfully, with a warm personal manner as well as efficiency, and his dedication really added to our stay. People like him are at the heart of a great hotel. We felt valued throughout our visit, and we're grateful for his excellent service. We'll gladly come back.

The service was excellent apart from mealtimes in the restaurant. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or another meal, management should let guests use any buffet line and be flexible when one line starts getting crowded. I hope they make that change.

Amani gave us such a warm welcome. She was kind and very professional, and made the whole stay feel more special. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well looked after. We had a fantastic visit and will definitely return.
