It’s easy to find, and Ka'bah is about five minutes away. The room is a bit small, but enough to get some rest, InsyaAllah. There’s hot water, and Alhamdulillah the food selection is varied and tastes good. The receptionists seem to prefer speaking Arabic :( They know a little English and a little Indonesian, so we ended up talking with gestures and a few languages, wkwkwk. Don’t worry, our tour leader can help if we have a problem with the hotel or the language.

The staff were the worst part for me. They were incredibly rude and treated guests like animals, as if they didn’t know what respect meant. The room was missing basic things like a kettle, and the facilities were poorly managed. This was the worst place I’ve stayed. If you want a pleasant stay, don’t choose this hotel.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and I loved the seller along the road with cheap but good quality items. The food and staff were great, and the location was great too. It’s a little hotel, but comfortable and big enough for us. Highly recommended.
