A complete waste of Riyal. Housekeeping was very poor, and after three days the service we got still left us with dirty sheets and pillow covers. The manager and restaurant manager had very bad manners. Jamal, who is Bangali, treated us like beggars.
After a long flight and a taxi ride from the airport, I got here and found nobody at reception. I've been waiting 20 minutes. This is pathetic and disorganized, and now I have no idea what the room or service will be like.
The hotel is far enough from the Haram, though transport runs 24 hours during Hajj season. It's new, but some equipment, including the TV, hadn't been installed yet. One floor is available for the Mushollah. Housekeeping needs to come around more often.
They welcomed us nicely, but the staff weren't very helpful.
The room was clean and new.
