Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah

A small mall right beside or behind the hotel has the basics, including Danube, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, a pharmacy, and Shwarma Club, so we didn’t need to go out of our way for groceries. The shuttle to Haram was convenient, ran hourly around the clock, and was very punctual. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job whenever we asked. They also never came in without warning or at a bad time, which I appreciated. Good value for the price and location. We had a comfortable, satisfying stay and I’d recommend it.

Mr. Alam deserves a special thank you. During my stay at Park Inn by Radisson, especially at Sahoor time, he was attentive, respectful, and made sure I was looked after. His kind, professional manner really made a difference to my experience.

I’m writing to complain about my stay at Park Inn Makkah. The experience fell short of what I expected from an international hotel brand. The service was poorly organized, with very slow procedures and information that was unclear or inconsistent. When I raised problems, staff weren’t cooperative and offered no solutions. At reception, there was little welcome or concern for guest comfort. Raneem and Ghufran in particular were cold and inappropriate, ignored questions, and made me feel like a burden. This lack of professionalism and respect is especially disappointing in Makkah, a holy city visited by people from around the world. I don’t recommend staying here with service at this level. I hope senior management reviews the reception team’s performance and provides proper training and supervision, since this is harming the hotel’s reputation. Please take the complaint seriously and contact me directly about the issue and any action taken.

I left my watch behind in Room 4050 and only realized after checkout. Since I was in Mecca, I contacted the hotel, and they quickly confirmed they’d found it. Their Lost & Found process felt professional and trustworthy. The rooms were good, but the staff’s care for guests even after checkout is what makes me highly recommend the hotel.
